All purchases ship out within 48 hours after the order has been placed.

*International Customers* Please note that USPS does not provide tracking for countries outside the U.S. or Canada. You will however be provided with a customs declaration number and may contact your local customs regarding the shipment. Rack and Sack waives all responsibility once the package has been turned over to the carrier and the risk of loss or damages are to be held responsible by you. You will be responsible for any additional fees for customs clearance, if any apply, which we have no control over. For more information, contact your local customs office. Your order could randomly be held by customs which may delay the delivery of your order, this is also out of our control. When choosing to place an international order with us, you must comply with all policies of the destination country.

For additional security, you may choose to have us register the package with USPS at an additional cost of $10.99. This will require a signature upon delivery. Enter "Register my package" in your checkout notes, or send us an email at rackandsack@gmail.com and we will send you an invoice via PayPal which must be paid within 24 hours.

Returns/Exchanges:

If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, you may return the item in its original condition within 30 days for a full refund, minus the cost of shipping and handling - $5.99 flat fee. Items received not in compliance with our return policy will not be accepted back. Store credit will be issued for exchange requests. Upon receipt of the returned item, you will be issued a store credit to be used in the exchange. The credit does not expire and can be used at any time.

Sale items: Cannot be returned or exchanged.

International returned/refused shipments - If you decide to return or refuse shipment from RackandSack.com, you are responsible for the original shipping charged to you, any duties, taxes and/or customs charges that are incurred on the package. The amount will be subtracted from your merchandise credit or refund total.

Merchandise:

Vintage - Most vintage products show some natural wear. Products are in very good to excellent condition. Remember, we only buy the best vintage for you!

Orders and Security:

For your protection, orders are processed through PayPal via an SSL-secured connection.

Coupon Codes:

Please be advised that once an order has been placed using a coupon code exchanges are not available.

Coupon codes cannot be combined or applied to sale items.
